I am Chef Fernando, originally from Chile, and I take pride in being a culinary virtuoso with over 15 years of experience in kitchens across Chile, Australia, and Thailand. As the head chef at Casa Boho Phuket, my passion for Latin American cuisine shines through in every dish, offering an authentic dining experience that’s truly unique in Phuket. I’ve crafted a menu that blends bold, diverse flavors from various Latin countries, showcasing the best of Latin American culinary traditions.
Some dishes perfectly embody this fusion, like my Tiradito Hamachi and Pulpo a la Parrilla. These creations reflect my experience in both Peruvian and Nikkei cuisine. I highly recommend that everyone try my Ceviche and Empanadas De Carne, but honestly, all of my dishes are to die for!

Ali’s vision is for every guest to leave feeling relaxed, happy and connected — like they’ve experienced something personal, not just dinner and drinks.
Inspired by his love for travel, music, and different cultures, he brings a relaxed yet genuine style of hospitality to Casa Boho. Guests should feel welcomed and hosted, while the team creates natural, friendly experiences that reflect the soul of the place.

Drum Warrior (aka Dean)
Director of Entertainment at Casa Boho and a true force of nature behind the decks, Drum Warrior fuses tribal, afro, and tech house with live percussion to create a one-of-a-kind, high-impact performance. Originally from the UK, he has built a global fanbase through his signature energy, rhythm, and powerful connection with the crowd.
Whether he’s lighting up a festival stage or transforming a club into a tribal ritual, Drum Warrior delivers massive energy and primal beats that stay with you long after the night ends.
Datan (aka David Queripel)
Born in Guernsey and now making waves across Southeast Asia, Datan is a DJ and music curator with serious chops. He launched the legendary Motion house music events back in the UK, sharing the stage with icons like Eddie Halliwell, Tall Paul, and Terry Francis.
Datan’s style is all about deep, versatile house music, crafted from years of crate-digging and crowd-rocking. His big break in Asia came in 2018 as resident DJ and music director of the iconic Fridaze Pool Party on Phi Phi Island, and he’s been setting dancefloors on fire ever since. Expect smooth grooves, bold drops, and a set that always hits just right.

The 5-star Phuket hotel offers top facilities, including the largest seafront infinity pool in Phuket, Nahm Spa, and Camp Hyatt Kids Club, as well as other Phuket restaurants. With 201 refurbished rooms and suites with private terraces looking at the azure Andaman Sea. It is a great idea to reserve a room at our luxury hotel before indulging in the vibrant bohemian rooftop bar only in Phuket, which is Casa Boho.
Casa Boho is open daily from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. and is always ready to serve your meals and cocktails. However, we suggest reserving your seats beforehand as our tables are limited in order to present the best sunset-view restaurant in Phuket. Also, we will be happy to hear if you have a special purpose for your visit (birthday, business meeting, etc.).
Yes! The infinity pool is yours, should you choose to refresh yourself after a meal. The pool deck is an oceanview restaurant in Phuket intricately designed to satisfy all partygoers. Our pool bar is always ready to serve your drink to the poolside. So be sure to bring your swimwear because our DJs and singers will be there to elevate your pool experience.
